Southold Real Estate Is Off To A Great Start. The spring season is starting to show strong interest with the Southold Home Buyers And Sellers.  The phone was busy with phone calls and texts. Showings were the most active and it seems the draw was from Manhattan buyers. You could overhear conversations in the Century 21 Albertson Realty conference room about the merits of North Fork vs East Hampton real estate.  What has the better value, are there vacation rental interest, what are the prices this season?

The new Southold Homes For Sale this week had showings scheduled and it was refreshing to be able to walk to the beach without snow boots for a refreshing change.
